Ethereal elements strives to ensure that all of our garments are of top quality in construction. We unconditionally guarantee all products we manufacture and sell in our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or the wrong fit etc., contact us within 14 days. We will be happy to exchange it for another of the same, or give you store credit.
We request of you to take extra care in following these few guidelines in order for your item(s) to be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unworn with original hangtag still attached.
• It must also be unaltered in any way, unlaundered and in perfect condition.
If your item does not fit the above criteria we will not be able to accept it and it will be returned to you.
How to make a return/exchange:
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, name and contact info.
• We will then contact you with further instructions to complete the return.
• If your item(s) fit the above stated criteria to be eligible for a return, we will give you either store credit or and exchange for the same item.
• You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. To return your item, mail it to:
